Last actuality about copyrights

This week actual question is about copyrights in Latvias newsts shows "Two stars" and "Sing with Star". These two shows are broadcasting in two bigests Latvias TV companies who are competitors. The main idea of shows is that popular singers are singing together with other profesion popular personalities. The Latvias copyright company AKKA/LA are arguing that in show "Sing with Star" illegal are used singers Mika song "Big girl" (the song are translated in latvian and it is a shows himn), and those actions aren't clear with song's real author Mika. But both shows common mistake is that they haven't taken out the licence for producing music in shows audience. (Licence for broadcastind the shows they have). The show's "Sing with Star" producents are from Lithuania.
